How does Afterpay work? 

Afterpay offers simple installment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout - first time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. 

After you check out, we will ship your purchase as usual. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise Afterpay will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.

Is there a cost to use Afterpay? 

Afterpay does not charge a fee to consumers when purchasing. The only fees to consumers are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed, and, after being notified, you do not log into your Afterpay account, to make your payment via a different method.

What if my Afterpay order does not arrive? 

Simply get in touch with us via white_arrow_boutique@outlook.com and we will assist you in locating your parcel! 

What if I want to return my purchase? 

All returns are subject to our Returns Policy 

Simply lodge your return through the normal process and once the item is returned to us, we will either issue you with an online credit, or notify Afterpay to release the payments you made back into your nominated account if you qualify for a refund. 

Please note: we will only be able to assess your return and process a credit / refund through Afterpay once your return reaches our HQ. You may still need to make payments while your return is coming back to us or waiting to be processed, but everything you pay for will be provided as an online credit, or refunded (if you qualify for a refund) once we have processed the return. 

What if I have a problem with my Afterpay payments or account? 

You will need to contact Afterpay directly in relation to any issues with your Afterpay account or payments.
